SPECIALIST HEALTHCARE FOR PEOPLE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS

 
There are many reasons why people find themselves homeless, often through no fault of their own. And the impact on health and wellbeing is devastating.
 
We’re a mobile charity that provides specialist healthcare to homeless people in the Bournemouth area, which has one of the highest rough sleeping counts in the UK, and a significant homeless population. We provide vital care where it’s needed, on the streets.
 
Because where there is good health there’s hope. And you can help

Come support our mission to provide crucial medical care and mental health services to individuals experiencing homelessness.

As part of our team, we offer:

  • A complimentary HealthBus running t-shirt
  • Helpful training tips
  • Encouragement and support on the day

 

OUR CHARITY PLACES

These are charity-assured places. There is a registration fee and by registering for a charity place, you must commit to raising a minimum fundraising amount. This must be raised no later than 4 weeks after the event. 

  •  Half Marathon (17+) - £250 minimum sponsorship
  •  Supersonic 10k (15+) - £150 minimum sponsorship 
  •  Supernova 5k (11+) - £100 minimum sponsorship 
  •  Junior 1k, 1.5k, and 2k races - £35 minimum sponsorship

 

ALREADY GOT YOUR PLACE?

If you have paid for your own entry already and would like to fundraise for HealthBus, please let us know! You will still receive all the benefits of a charity place runner but there is no minimum fundraising target - we just ask you to raise as much as you can.
